Biography

Elizabeth commits her legal practice to matters of estate planning and elder law. She is a caring and compassionate lawyer who works with her clients to develop creative strategies to help them protect their assets, plan for long-term health and medical care, and preserve an inheritance for their beneficiaries. The comprehensive estate plans that she prepares include, as appropriate:

Elizabeth is thoroughly familiar with the estate planning and elder law needs of Northern Virginia clients. She has represented younger, middle-aged, and older adults. She also has counseled retired citizens who receive government pensions, as well as senior citizens in crisis situations. Mrs. von Keller handles guardianships and conservatorships when these proceedings become necessary and regularly addresses special needs concerns and long-term care issues.
